We require a full charge in your credit card for your reservation. If you made a cancellation before that, we will refund according to our cancellation policy. 

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
All reservations, cancellations or modifications must be done by fax or e-mail. 

Cancellations
A refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at the following time:

7 days prior to arrival date	Refundable 100%
From 6 days to 3 days prior arrival date	Refund of 50%
2 days prior to arrival date	Not refundable

No refunds will be applied if nights booked are not completely used.

Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve
Cancellations or modifications for Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve:

30 days prior to arrival date:	Refundable
Less than 29 days prior to arrival date	Not refundable

No refunds on late cancellations, no-shows or unused portions of vouchers.
This policy apply for packages too.

Honeymoon, Diving & Fishing Packages:

30 days prior to arrival date:	Refundable
From 29 to 08 days prior of arrival date:	Refund of 50%
Less than 08 days prior to arrival date	Not refundable

No refunds or no-shows, late cancellations or unused portions of packages.

Impossibility of Performance
It is agreed that Tico Resorts will be relieved of its obligations in the event of acts of God, fire, flood, strike, lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstance beyond its control.
