We require a full charge in your credit card for your reservation. If you made a cancellation before that, we will refund according to our cancellation policy.

All reservations, cancellations or modifications must be done by fax or e-mail.
Cancellations
A refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at the following time:

Impossibility of Performance
It is agreed that Tico Resorts will be relieved of its obligations in the event of acts of God, fire, flood, strike, lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstance beyond its control.
